• Forged steel check valve presented here confirms to BS 5352 std., and aremanufactured to primary pressure and temperature ratings of 800 lbf/in² at 850^oF. These valves are of robust construction made from high-grade materials coupled with proven design features using state of the art manufacturing techniques.
• The Basic construction consists of outside screw and yoke with 13% chrome stainless steel trim along with standard back seat arrangement.
• These valves are also offered with austentific stainless steel trim with hardfaced seating surfacees. Valve bodies are primarily provided with screwed or socket weld ends. Seat rings are tightly secured to the bodies to prevent them from becoming loosse under the normal service conditions. The also helps in checking any leakage between the contacting parts. Covers are well designed incorporating a gasket for efficient pressure seating. Dises or pistons are made with close tolerances to ensure good sealing and proper working even in the most demanding service conditions.
• Every valve is throughly tested and guaranteed to give tight closure at the specified pressure.
