• A Forged Steel Solid Wedge Gate Valves & Globe Valves presented here confirm to BS 5352 aid, and are manufactured to primary pressure and temperature refings of 800 lbf/in² at 850^oF. These valves are of robust construction made from high-grade materials coupled with proven design features using state of the art manufacturing techniques.
• The basic construction is of outside screw and yoke with 13% chrome stainless steel trim along with standard back seat arrangement. These valves are also offered with sustentitic stainless steel trim with hard-faced soating surfaces. Valve bodies are optimally proportioned iwth screwed or socket weld ends. Seat rings are tightly secured to the bodies to pregvent them from becoming loose under the normal service conditions. This also helps in checking any leakage between the contracting parts.
• Valve bonnet is well designed to incorporate a machined back seat that gives a pressure tight seal with the contact part of the stem at full open position. Wedge/Disc is made with close tolerance to ensure godo sealing and proper working. Stem is machined accurately with acme threads for smooth and efficient performance at field conditions.
• The stuffing box is made wide and deep and is packed with high quality graphite lubricated asbestos material with alloy wire reinforcement. The packing has a special inhibitor that prevents electrolytic corrosion of stuffing box and the steel stem.
• Hand wheel is made of malleable iron or carbon steel,  with legible marking showing open/ close direction, ad with a adequate diamter for operatng ease.
• Every valve is throughly tested and guaranteed to give tight closure at the specified pressure.
